One-off
Refective of colours in the changing seasons, this dish also includes a small serving spoon. In addition there is hand engraved text on the reverse of the piece which reads as a continuous circular poem around the edge of the rim :
" Later summer rising / Fallen petals spray / Warm passing days / Shading into Autumn "
The four indents on the edge of the piece signify the four quarters of the year, the poem on the reverse sits between each quarter.
When not in use as a server for spices / condiments / placement for small objects, the dish functions as an object d'art.
